Karuna Reiki® Karuna Reiki® is a unique style of Reiki and it's intent fully administered with the voice through chanting and toning. Karuna is Sanskrit for compassionate action for all humanity. Our bodies are actually part of a great sea of cosmic energy. Because of this we respond to the vibration of sound. The use of sound such as chanting and toning is an ancient tradition. We chant to move into a magical space where we become one with the sound and through this particular technique the recipient falls into the healing frequencies of the human voice. Shamanic healing is based on the concept that the source of all things is Spirit. Spirit is defined as the living energy and mystic force filling all space and interpenetrating all matter. Shamanic healing assists in recapturing the healer within oneself through the process of awareness and self empowerment. Integrated healing is a multi-dimensional healing art which focuses on the body, mind, and spirit. An intuitive form of energetic healing based on quantum physics and the concept that every living thing has a life force which courses around it and through it. When the flow of life force is restricted disharmony can manifest within the body leaving less space for the body to repair, rebalance and grow increasing the possibility of illness and disease. Therefore, if one's life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy, healthy, and strong to endure many of life’s challenges.
