Office Policy

1. If an appointment must be changed or cancelled, these must be done at least 24 hours previously and a make-up appointment will be scheduled. We do accept that emergencies do occur but are usually quite rare. We have a 24-hour message service therefore please leave a message when we are not in the office.
   
   Miss one appointment at no charge, second missed appointment a half price fee for the treatment missed will apply and after three appointments you will be charged the full price of the treatment missed.
   
   
2. The routine for Massage Therapy and Incorporated modalities begins with an initial seventy-five minute session, which includes and interview and a review of your health history information. An initial assessment will be preformed to establish a treatment plan, which will assist in meeting your goals and the goals of the therapist.
   
   
3. The routine for Integrated Healing begins with a review of your intention and purpose for the treatment. During the healing session the client is fully clothed while lying on a massage table. Upon completion of the treatment the therapist and client review the experience, which allows the client to ask further questions. The duration of the session is 60 - 90 minutes.
   
   
4. Method of payment is Visa, MasterCard, Interac (debit), American Express, cash or cheque. Please make cheques payable to Whole Body Healing.
   
   
5. Parking for Whole Body Healing - Belleville is free and located in the front and rear of the building.
